1. Services

Sri Venkateswara Jotishya Pheetam ("the service") provides certified Vedic purohits for poojas, homams and ceremonies at home, in temples and online. All bookings are subject to these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we send a confirmation message or call. You agree to provide accurate details of date, time, venue and family tradition so that the correct ritual procedure can be followed.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quoted prices are indicative and may vary with the scope of the ritual, number of purohits, travel distance and samagri. A token advance may be required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable after the ritual unless otherwise agreed.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling is free if intimated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after confirmation may forfeit the token advance, which is adjusted if you rebook within 90 days.

5. Pooja Samagri

Where samagri is provided by us, it is arranged from trusted vendors. We are not responsible for perishable items once delivered. Families may alternatively arrange samagri using our checklist.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care in performing rituals, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Astrology advice is offered as guidance and should not replace professional, medical or legal counsel.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
